Rev. Stephen Harvey

Pastor

Stephen Harvey, a native of Paducah, Kentucky, received his high school diploma from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Social Work and minor in Physical Education from Murray State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Human Development and Leadership.

Rev. Harvey was licensed to preach on June 12, 2005 at Fairview Missionary Baptist Church in La Center, Kentucky under Rev. Hulon Warren. He was ordained on May 28, 2011 by Pastor Calvin Cole Sr. of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Paducah, Kentucky. He has served as associate minister, youth director, Sunday School and Bible Study teacher, and treasurer for youth ministry. He also served as pastor at Oak Grove MBC in Kevil, Kentucky for approximately six years and presently assists Pastor Edward Ballard at Mt. Sinai MBC in Paducah, Kentucky.

Rev. Harvey is retired from the Mayfield Youth Development Center, where he worked as a Social Service Clinician with juvenile delinquents. He has also mentored students, worked in behavioral health and Head Start, coached football and basketball, and served the Paducah Housing Authority.

Stephen Foster Harvey was born in Newport News, Virginia on June 20, 1975. He is the son of Carolyn Harvey and gives God all the praise, honor, and glory for the opportunity to be His humble servant.

Marsha Roundtree

Church Administrative Assistant

Keeps complete records of the transactions of all business meetings; keeps records of church membership and baptism; prepares bulletins and correspondence; sends annual giving statements to members; and serves as finance secretary in assisting the finance chairman.

Weldon Stokes

Finance Chairman

The Finance Chairman is responsible for the financial records of the church.

Weldon Stokes has served as a deacon for over 30 years and is a member of the Usher Ministry, Culinary Ministry, and Official Team.

John Burnett

Finance Vice Chair

The Finance Vice Chairman supports the finance chairman and is responsible for financial records when the chairman is not available.

John Burnett has served as a deacon for over 20 years and is active in the Ushers Ministry, Culinary Ministry, and Official Team.
